これは、牧田沙弥香が修了作品《色の間》を制作した経路を辿り、作家の思考と視線を記録するものです。
《色の間( いろのかん)》は、今年１月に完成し藝大取手校地に現存しており、２月以降に一般公開が予定されています。杉の皮を貼った床に透明樹脂が表面に施されています。さらに藁の覆いで日光を制限することで樹脂に空や藁の色が反射し、樹皮の色に複雑に、ほのかに絡まります。ここは色を探求する空間、遊び場です。

This is a record of the artist Sayaka Makita’ s thought and gaze,
followed the process of her work "Dark, Listen, Color".
"Dark, Listen, Color (Ironokan)" is completed in January this year

and is still present at the Toride campus. This is going to be open to

the public after February. She made a floor by cedar barks and

painted transparent resin on it. Furthermore, by controlling sunlight

with the straw roof, the color of the sky and straws reflect on the

resin, which tangles the bark’ s color complicatedly and slightly.

This place is a playground for color.
